Terms of services

STUDIO NEGATIVO by Sportelli Oriano (also referred to as ‘private_webside’ and ‘YOUR_webside’, in the proceeding text) agrees to furnish services to the Subscriber, subject to the following TOS (Terms of Service). Use of private_webside Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to STUDIO NEGATIVO as well as private_webside TOS policy (Terms of Service).
The terms “we”, “us” or “our” shall refer to private_webside. The terms “you”, “your”, “User” or “Subscriber” shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts this TOS.

Acceptance of Terms

  • We will provide “Managed WordPress Hosting Services” and “Support Services” subject to the standards outlined in this TOS for the term of the agreement.
  • By using any of our services you agree to be bound by the TOS.

“private_webside” managed wordpress service

  • The activation of “YOUR_webside” (Managed WordPress Hosting) occurs upon receipt of payment.
  • Within 2 or 3 days (the time required for the propagation of DNS) your site will be online and you will receive an email with the access data to your site WordPress
  • We do not provide email hosting

Your Obligations

Subscriber must use reasonable security precautions during use of their services.

Content

All services provided by ‘private_webside’ may only be used for lawful purposes. The laws of France (EU) apply.
Any content that in our judgment is either obscene or threatening is strictly prohibited and will be removed from ‘YOUR_webside’ immediately with or without prior notice and may lead to possible warning, suspension or immediate account termination with no refund.

Note: Pornography and sex-related merchandising are prohibited on any ‘YOUR_webside’. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or Link to adult content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to ‘private_webside’ servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Suspension of Services

You agree that we may suspend your services without liability if we reasonably believe that the services you have subscribed to are being used in violation of France (EU) law.
Reasons for suspension include, but are not limited to: A request to close has been processed by the subscriber; Unpaid invoices; Trademark/copyright infringement; Hosting a phishing or hacked site; Attacking other servers or websites; Misuse of system resources.

Backup

  • “YOUR_webside” plane include weekly backup.
  • The backup restoration is free for the first time, each subsequent restoration is billed at 49.95 EUR.

Renewal

  • Subscriber will be notified of pricing for renewal period no later than thirty (30) days prior to the payment date of renewal period. This notification will be sent to the contact email address on file for the Account.
  • ‘YOUR_webside’ will be suspended seven (7) days after expiration if no payment is received. If ‘YOUR_webside’ has not been renewed after fourteen (14) days have elapsed following expiration, the ‘YOUR_webside’ will be terminated.

Money back guarantee

Within fifteen (15) days, you may request a full refund of the purchase price of the product.

Outside of the Money Back Guarantee, we have a no refund policy. However, on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion, we may award a pro-rated refund to a client.

Terms of Use Change

  • We reserves the right to augment the above terms of service at any time. Such changes will become effective and binding after their posting on this Terms of Services. By continuing to use our services after any posted revision, all subscribers agree to abide by it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

STUDIO NEGATIVO DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW STUDIO NEGATIVO DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” BASIS.
